Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure all items are disassembled and placed back in their original packaging with all included hardware and manuals to avoid restocking fees.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that heavy freight items may require a scheduled pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
